An 8-12 week body transformation challenge where you will write down a goal as well as document your physique with a photo of you and your weight. You will be given a weekly challenge to complete as well as being able take part in weekly nutrition seminars in order to maximize your effectiveness . Prizes will be given out as rewards for your successful journeys at an award ceremony

We will be teaching knowledge to improve you fitness and dietary journey and showing different perspectives on the fitness industry (keto vs carnivore vs alkaline diet , calisthenics vs weight lifting ).
